The Media Partnership program was created as a way to support independent journalists, media outlets, curators and influencers that are genuinely supporting up and coming talent. Each month, we set aside a budget to help promote the individuals and platforms that cover content discovered through our site. Some of the ways we support include:

SXSW and The Media Matters Soundstage
Each year during SXSW we produce the Media Matters Soundstage to spotlight independent media from across the country. Thousands of guests attend the event including major talent and industry executives. Each year several Media Partners are also selected as featured event partners, receiving:
- Free Vendor Space to Setup Banners and Do Interviews
- Opportunity to help curate talent for the stage
- Branding in a National Marketing Campaign
- 2 Nights Paid Hotel Accommodations
