SplytSecond's debut album "PROJECT:Akuma" was nominated for Best Rap Album by the Independent Music Awards. Annually held in NYC, the IMA's choose distinguished musical pieces by independent artists and celebrate them at a night long ceremony. SplytSecond attended and spearheaded the first IMA Hip-Hop Cypher alongside other nominees including "Best Rap Single" winner Amiss O. Mega.
