The 2nd Annual Boss Shit Only Awards ceremony was started in 2021 to recognize those/Bosses/Entrepreneurs who we felt deserved recognition for their grind all year long and show them they are appreciated and to keep going. This year we allowed people from all over to nominate bosses in different categories and we are introducing our Red Carpet fashion show throughout the awards.
