Final winner will receive a $2000 Paid Battle with MC WAR against
a Street Certified (Top Tier Artist)
Rules & Regulations
Round 1: 8 Bars Back to Back over the Beat (Emcee will write 16 bars for this round)
Round 2: 16 Bar Acapella or 90 Seconds
Final Round will be held at the 5th Atlanta Hip Hop Day Festival September 26th
