Before Halloween hit Koo Hefner had his bag of tricks & treats ready for New York City's Falucka Lounge. For those who live in the NYC area knows that it was the most rain all year on October 29th & Koo still filled up the lounge and put on a amazing show as if it was a bright summer day.
