PhourthEye is an up and coming artist out of Largo, MD. He has been rapping for 5 years, but started taking it seriously about a year ago. Since the Summer of 2017, he has dropped two mixtapes, gained 1500 followers on Twitter, and been given the chance to perform at 3 venues in two states (FL and CA). The Fun in The Sun Festival will be his largest and most prestigious performance.
