Coming from a city in Arizona where no hip hop musician seemed to ever make in it in the rap industry. Cardeo began as a rap artist in 2009 and in 2015 he became a record producer. In 2017, a producer who was signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation at the time wanted to sign Cardeo to a record producer deal with his label.
