De-Wisper is a Nigerian born artist who found his love for music at the age of 10 when his brother was murdered in Nigeria. No one expected him to carry the musical torch. But at 14 Wisper was performing in Nigeria and was also named in the upcoming artist of Abuja blog. He is in the U.S.A and dropping a mix tape soon.
